Empty mails to the mail recevier cause an error #14011

Bug description

When receiving emails without text in the body of the letter, but with a filled subject, the mail receiver completely freezes and the automatic actions of mailgate and queuednotification no longer work. Restarting, resetting these actions does nothing. The acceptance and processing of tickets through the mail receiver is completely stopped, as well as the sending of all notifications. At the same time, nothing about the error is written to the log files (all log files of the GLPI and the web server were checked). The problem is solved only by deleting problematic messages from the mailbox and restarting automatic actions This is a very serious problem.

same issue on 10.0.6 i cannot see any error/warnign at php-error.log.

Exactly. No errors or warnings in sql_errors.log, php_errors.log or webserver logs

This is a very serious issue that causes GLPI notifications and claims to stop completely. Need to fix it for sure. I hope this will be done soon

Unfortunately, the original letters are no longer available. These were ordinary letters with topics in Cyrillic and an empty letter body.

10.0.3 is outdated, many fixes has been done already. Try with latest release if you can reproduce.

10.0.6 has enough bugs too. We are waiting for the release of 10.0.7 or 10.1.0 to update. At the same time, we will update PHP, it seems it will be necessary

Without any logs nor any content to reproduce, it's impossible to say if your problem are the same.

If you do not want to test on latest release, well... It's up to you.

14384 is validating that emails with empty bodies are correctly processed by mail collector. So unless you provide a way to reproduce your issue, we will not be able to investigate further.
