Thanks for the reply.
I have uninstalled the mailanalyzer and removed it from the glpipath/plugin/mailanalyzer directory and reinstalled.
Again downloaded the mailanalyzer zip file and extracted in plugin directory and enabled via GUI.
But still I'm facing the same issue. This issue happening randomly for some tickets only, not all the tickets.
Current ticket id's taking after 28860, but in between some tickets taking older id which is continuously from 27360 to now came to 27394.

I'm really sorry to disturbed you. This issue has been resolved.
we actually stopped the apache vhost of previous glpi version server 9.5.6. So that server php mailer only created this issue.
Now we stopped everything from that previous version server, now it's sorted out.

Need your support.
Recently we migrated from 9.5.6 to the latest version 10.0.7.
Now some email tickets are automatically assigned to older ticket id's and that new ticket with older id request not showing in ticket portal.
Ticket portal triggered email shows older ticket id with new ticket request description.
Per day more than 10 tickets creating like the above. Nothing showing in logs. Please advise me how to find the issue and to solve.
