Las reglas de importación y enlace no funcionan con glpi y ocs. #14737

Versión glpi: 10.0.6 Versión OCS: 2.0.4 Versión Ocs-agent: 2.9.2 Sistema Operativo: Windows

Quiero creas una reglas de importación y enlace para que cuando sincronice con el ocs los activos que ya están importados, no se machaquen los cambios y que solo actualice en las que vea cambios, o hacer alguno cosa, porque da igual lo que ponga en esas reglas que no hace nada, vienen algunas por defecto que tampoco hacen nada. No se a que se deba esto, pero llevo semanas con esto y no hay manera, el comportamiento actual es que los componentes de un activo, o se machacan creando nuevos registros, o que se quita el enlace y se vuelve a poner, estas reglas creo que es para esto pero no hacen nada.

  1. Ir a un computador
  2. Sincronizarlo
  3. Ver el histórico y comprobar que se eliminan los enlaces y algunos componentes se eliminar y vuelven a crear.
