Ticket status doesn't update normally #15350

Bug description

When you do a planned task in a ticket in status "in progress" the ticket switch to go on "in progress planned". But if you do the same in ticket placed on status "awaiting" and on ticket you do a planned task and untick "awaiting" status from the ticket menu, when you add the ticket status is set to "in progress" instead of "in progress planned"

Steps To reproduce

  1. set ticket in awaitng mode
  2. create a planned task in the ticket and untick the awaiting button
  3. click to add the ticket
  4. the ticket is on "in progress" status.
