The GLPI agent reports frequencies in megahertz, so for consistency it should be entered as "3700" and "4300" respectively.

Is there somewhere in the GLPI docs that mention that this field is in MHz? Just wanna make sure there isn't something @natedawg20 and I missed during our research of the problem.
I do not know if GLPI documentation has a mention about it, but the code is pretty clear on that.

Bug description
When filling out a new "Processor" item under Setup > Components > Processors, the "New Item" form only allows whole numbers in the frequency fields, and errors when adding a decimal. I believe this field is for processor frequency in gigahertz. Processor speeds are always measured with decimals.
