Same in the version 10.0.11.
I am not sure if that is thats the case. I created a task for a colleague and the colleague contacted me that he received an email about the task.

Open it and go to recipients. What is there? Is "Requester, Technician in charge of the task" selected? Otherwise, select it and save.
It works ! It should be the default config given the number of people reporting the problem… Thank's a lot for your help !

Bug description
When a task with a reminder is created, it is the person who created the task who receives the reminder rather than the technician or group of technicians who must complete the task. This does not make sense because the creator of the task is not necessarily present when it must be carried out and if he is not assigned to the task it does not concern him. Conversely, when a ticket is assigned to a technician, it is the technician who receives a notification. This problem is really blocking and affects a lot of people:
