Blank form creating a new ticket #15946

Bug description

Whenever I try to create a new ticket using /front/ticket.form.php link it opens as a blank page, problem occurred after upgrading from 10.0.6, no errors on log files. If I go to an existing ticket it displays the tabs, but only a few of them display their content

Please enable debug mode and see if an error displays on the screen when loading those tabs. This can be done from the user dropdown menu in the top right of GLPI if you are logged in with a super-admin account. Also check the browser console for warnings/errors (F12 key > Console tab).

Hi, I was able to resolve the issue, it was a r/w permission problem on files/_cache/templates folder.
