The system info is from the production instance, I have the same behaviour on an empty glpi 10.0.11
I confirm the issue, on GLPI 10.0.11.
I confirm the issue as well, from GLPI 10.0.4 to GLPI 10.0.12 at least Tested on a fresh install of 10.0.12

Bug description
When a ticket is created with a technician assigned and status closed the saved ticket doesn't have the technician info.

Steps To reproduce
Open a ticket, assign a technician and set status to closed. Save the ticket. Look at the ticket, the technician is gone !
