After a quick search, I figured out that these texts are related to the moreticket plugin. It seems to be a bug in this plugin, so it cannot be fixed on GLPI side. Please open an issue in the plugin's repository https://github.com/InfotelGLPI/moreticket.

In jedem Ticket erscheint jetzt nach dem Update der Fehler: Wartezeit kann nicht gespeichert werden
In each ticket is shown the failure after update to 10.0.14 Waitingtime can not be saved.
