Bug description
ITIL categories in the sub-root entity with "Visible in the simplified interface == Yes" and "Child entities == 1" are not seen in the simplified interface ticket creation in the entity under subroot where category is created.
ITIL Categories are created in the SubRoot Entity. Categories created in the Root Entity are seen with no problems in the whole tree. User permissions for SubEntities are set as recursive. Changing profile interface to "Standard" solves the issue.
Note: Bug appeared after moving SubEtities from childs of Root Entity to childs of SubRoot Entity (moving whole tree one level lower), by just changing it in "Administration > Entities > SubEntity1 > Entity > As child of = SubRoot Entity"

Steps To reproduce
Make at least two levels of Entities under Root Entity
Create ITIL Category in the 2nd level entity, with checked "Child entities" and "Visible in the simplified interface"
Create ticket as user with simplified interface in the 3rd level entity. Category is not going to be there
