Bug description

Hi,

i've recently created a new entity for my company usage and when we click on a ticket, the right panel is blank. Screen GLPI I am in the same case than "Right panel of ticket is blank #11379" but the error message is different.

I put a part of my php-error.log in this issue.

Please try to empty the files/_cache directory and see if the problem persists.
