Bug description

I the infocom cron: https://github.com/glpi-project/glpi/blob/89ce453d0d65c7513e4aa1b429d4f90a1c6d35d0/src/Infocom.php#L486 there is no filtering for "is_deleted". Thus notifications are sent for elements in trashbin.
