Hello,
Version : 10.0.14.
I need to get a KPI, to have the SLA in real time. In GLPI, you have to wait for a status change to get the status time (for example, pending). Is it possible to get the time in real time and not after a status change? This would give a warning before the SLA is exceeded. I'm looking for a field that will give me the total time of the ticket in real time. I could then subtract the waiting time already spent on the creation date and get what I want. Maybe it exists, but I haven't found anything like it. I'd like to avoid having to set up a datawarehouse just for this indicator. Thank you in advance for your help.
