Please attach logs related to the issue only.
A 13Mio log file like the one you provided is useless.
I don't know what logs would be useful for troubleshooting this issue so I attached all I found in my glpi installation. Which logs do you recomend to attach?
I tried to open this issue with all information I have, if something is missing or needed please let me know so I can add it.

Your logs are polluted by lots of errors/warnings related to plugins (actualtime, databases and vip, at least).
Please try to reproduce with no active plugins, and provide logs related to the moment you encounter the bug.
