No data on tickets-related dashboards #8223

Describe the bug

No information in displayed on ticket related dashboards (p.e. number of tickets by month, Tickets status by month)

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Home
  2. Add dashboards for Assitance->number of tickets by month, and or Tickets status by month. Any type of graph

Expected behavior

A dashboard showing the data

Logs

Find them in *-error.log files under glpi/files/_log/

php-errors.log sql-errors.log mail-error.log

Please attach logs related to the issue only.

A 13Mio log file like the one you provided is useless.

I don't know what logs would be useful for troubleshooting this issue so I attached all I found in my glpi installation. Which logs do you recomend to attach?

I tried to open this issue with all information I have, if something is missing or needed please let me know so I can add it.

Hi,

Your logs are polluted by lots of errors/warnings related to plugins (actualtime, databases and vip, at least).

Please try to reproduce with no active plugins, and provide logs related to the moment you encounter the bug.
