[9.5bf] - Unexpected redirection to central when creating a ticket #8433

Describe the bug

When I create a ticket and choose a value for ITIL category or requester the page refreshes itself, and while the page is beind downloaded, a redirection ocurs and brings me to front/central.php

Might ocur for other fields which trigger a refresh when changed (not checked)

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. disable all plugins
  2. set ITIL category mandatory in the default ticket template
  3. Set a predefined description containing a inline picture
  4. set a predefined document
  5. open ticket creation form
  6. choose a category, the page refreshes, begins to show the ticket form, then refreshes again to show the central.

EDIT : I found as of 2021-01-08 that predefined description and predefined document seems to be the requirements to reproduce.

Expected behavior

The redirection should end on the ticket creation form with updated content

Additional context

Problem observed with 9.5/bugfixes, commit 39ecaf756b. Updated to HEAD to verify if it still occurs (and it does).
