ITIL Categories tab in Ticket Templates does not show categories #8758

Hi,

The ITIL Categories tab in Ticket Templates does not show the category information:

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Assistance\Ticket Templates\Template...'
  2. Click on 'ITIL Categories' Menu
  3. Click on 'ITIL Categories' to go to ITIL Categories
  4. Create a new ITIL Category
  5. Back to 'Assistance\Ticket Templates\Template...'
  6. Click on 'ITIL Categories' Menu
  7. Nothing is shown: No item found
