a Cube could be described by:

• a name
• an entity (and its recursivity)
• a location
• a type (Hot Aisle, Cold Aisle) (informative)
• dimensions (col/rows/racks to limit grid view)
• a parent Server Room relation
• a deletion flag
• a date of creation
• a date of modification

A Row could be described by:

• a name
• an entity (and its recursivity)
• a location
• dimensions (number of racks)
• a parent Server Room or Cube relation
• a deletion flag
• a date of creation
• a date of modification

attached file represent a Server Room, with 1 half cube (Row 1, Racks 1A to 1G) and 4 Cubes (Hot Aisle type)

Add sensors on PDU

severals PDU (the expensives ones) have sensors, like temperature or hygrometry, as options. It could be usefull to have it mentionned in the PDU section, with, possibly, the corresponding snmp OID.

Add Cooling Units (like PDU)

Cooling Units can be treated like PDU, as some can be rackable, between racks, etc. Some are manageable, have IP/MAC adresses... Very same as PDU.

Hi, Add CCTV and surveillance systems, a CCTV system can be connected to 1-network 2-Monitors 3-Camera : CCTV camera can be conneted throw network (RJ 45 or WIFI) or bnc cables

Add rack modem encloser (http://www.directindustry.fr/prod/ercogener-sas/product-102553-1502897.html) a rack modem encloser can be connected to servers and have positions to plug modems, those modems (with sim card)must be managed to be added as items in positions

Hi, Would be nice to be able putting phones and appliances into a rack, too. As for now there are lot's of items which can't be put into the rack. Would be nice an much nearer to real life.

Once i found a coffee maschine in a rack!?
