Add the email verified constraint #32

User has to verified their email to be able to do the authenticated tasks

Acceptance criterias:

User has to have it's email validated to add a comment
User has to have it's email validated to like a comment
User has to have it's email validated to like an article
If not, a toaster is displayed with a button to send again the email link
