Active border #42

I would love to have an active border colour around the active window as a feature. One you could maybe change the border-width and colour from.

Windows currently has borders and whether or not their width can be increased might be in the registry. However, the color can be chosen.

See under Settings -> Personalization -> Colors. Select the checkbox forTitle bars and window borders
