To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Open two instances of vscode (seems to occur regardless of how you open these instances (either by file->new window or via taskbar for example)

@choskeli could you try with https://github.com/glsorre/amethystwindows/releases/tag/2.0.0.1 and let me know please try all your other bugs :)
