Additional features for analysis

Post-MST analysis required some additional work and cleanup. I should incorporate these and/or debug them if unexpected.

• [ ] Add source name as well as source unique ID to joint MST relationships
• [ ] Add metadata to individual samples as part of the workflow (this was in an earlier script, removed for brevity during testing. Reincorporate)
• [x] Duplicate relationships from when MST process is stopped partway through data load. Remove these or have a check for them.
