Can't properly Zone into Nektulos Forest #47

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Zoning in from Plains of Knowledge leaves you under the ground with the 
Plain of Knowledge portal book unable to move.
2. Zoning in from the East Common Plains leaves you trapped in a black screen.
3. Zoning in from Neriak also leaves you trapped in a black screen.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'm expecting to be able to zone in to Nektulos Forest and play. Instead the 
zone seams unavailable. Zoning in from anywhere is problematic and leaves you 
trapped in black space.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I'm running EQEmu v0.8.0 on Ubuntu 10.10

Pretty sure this is either a client and/or DB issue and does not belong as an 
EQEmu Source Bug Report.  Should be ok to close this one out.
