Discord Merchants #8

Discord merchants do not function right now.  Either an opcode or reply
structure is missing, clicking on a discord merchant does nothing except
occasionally lockup the client.

I believe this has been resolved by Derision.  Last I checked, they seemed to 
function correctly.  Though, I think I have also seen it lockup/crash the 
client some of the time when clicking on them and I am not sure why or how to 
reproduce (haven't tested them in a while).
