I thought this occurred with one of the updated 0.8 forks, but now I am not so sure, it may have happened with the based gludington version (which is known not to work in 0.8). But maybe this will help people anyway.
I don't really know how, but sometimes the hidden flag will get stuck on. This will cause MidiQOL to always roll attacks with advantage. I haven't figured out a way to fix it from in game.
Attacking then causes the Hidden status indicator (via CUB) to cycle on and off, repeatedly, with each attack. But even when off, the JSON flag stays on, and all attacks remain with advantage.
The only way I was able to correct this was to export the character JSON, open in an editor, search for "hidden", find the flag for conditional visibility, delete it, then re-import the character.
