Fix brush ellipse

• respects clipping
• cursor is similar to the brush (rectangular)
• gets all events (when scatter plots overlaps)
• does not show the hidden ellipse' cursor (display vs visibility)

Color should now also be respected, and is the default if fill and stroke are not set in the style en border_style dicts.
