This pull request adds the ability to add hover information to each layer upon export from glue to plot.ly. It also sets the default background color of both 2d and 3d scatter viewers to be white (this was changed to blue in most recent plotly release)

I rebased this PR to make it mergeable and fixed the tests hopefully. Once the tests pass here, I'll go ahead and merge!
