Only select from visible data #263

Selecting data with the option to clip data outside the viewbox should probably only select data that is actually visible inside the viewbox.

Hi, I see the default behavior in 3D scatters is still to select all data including data points outside the view box. Are there any plans to change this. This issue was opened 4 years ago and it's still open.
