This PR rolls up the work on glue-wwt that was done in GlueCon

Support for the Jupyter UI
Support for images in the WWT widget
Some more data presentation preferences

@jsub1 do you have any work not contained in this PR? This PR has all of the commits that I've been able to find, but I feel like maybe you had done a few other things that haven't been pushed yet.

The AppVeyor failure is something weird unrelated to this PR. Maybe actually ready to merge?

@pkgw - ok I'll go ahead and merge this for now and will investigate the CI in more detail later.
