refactor: Remove all traces of Incremental Update #107

There was not too much to remove really.

There are a couple of references to HYBRID_INCREMENTAL_UPDATE_OBJECTS in offload_source_table.py.

I also see references in Offload Status Report, but I recognise that these will be dealt with by OSR.

Good spot, I've removed the unnecessary constants from offload_source_table.py and left a comment on the OSR issue.
