Currently code shared between offload and Console is in its own repo, gluentlib_contrib.

I don't think is required any longer and the code could be moved thereby removing an unnecessary complication.

Note that all references to gluentlib_contrib are now goelib_contrib (as per issue #77).

This issue is redundant. When we bring the Offload Listener back to life we should review the techniques use and modernise.
