Rename ThemedXYZ to gtgThemedXYZ #15

This avoids a name clash with newly introduced classes in Rack SDK 2.4.0; Also allows an ARM build to progress.

Confirmed this diff builds in rack-plugin-toolchain for lin win mac intel and mac arm.
