It is to be noted that the members pages and the members list is maintained separately outside git. If someone wants to update his member page, he or she is expected to send the updated page by email to the sysadmin and then he will place his files on the server. This is not maintained under git yet as of now.

Sir but the page containing members list just contains the links to their own webpages. if we include this webpage on the site with thumbnails as hyperlinks to their own webpages and other links to their various other profiles on websites such as linked.in or hackerearth. Members pages still will be maintained outside git but members page can be included in source code maintained under git.

Thanks for you patches Rohan, however few superficial comments.

• Commit messages are really naive. Please use proper capitalisation and follow the heading-description method while using the commit message. Eg: You can follow this format.

[Heading]

[Description of the commit if necessary]

Note the extra new line after the commit heading. Try to keep the heading as small as possible and put all the other stuff in the description.

• Please don't classify people year-wise. I don't want to see GLUG-NITH as a group of users separated by their year ranks. Just sorting them yearwise would be a better option in my opinion.
• I didn't like your idea of having pictures on the main website. I think it would be good with main website providing only the name, email address of the person and additionally a link to the members page if available. Providing additional social links such as link to facebook, google, linkedin or anything else depends on the member. She can do so inside her own member page. So overall, just keep the members page as simple and clean as possible providing the minimum amount of information but a reference to their members page where any amount of information about the member can be found.

@pranavk no. since manoj kumar has created a different members page, we don't need this now.
