Added Software Freedom Day badge to the Tux logo #14

The SFD badge shows that GLUG-NITH is organizing Software Freedom Day on 20th September, 2014 and links to the SFD website. The original CSS has been commented to make it easier to revert.

There are few minor changes that needs to be made. I think the glupaste project has a separate header may be, so it isn't showing the logo properly. We need to deal with that because we don't want any inconsistency on the website.

Moreover, I was wondering if size of the SFD logo can be made small. I am not liking the large white space in the header bar that is left. Anyways, its just a suggestion.

The size of SFD logo has been reduced and the white space in the header bar has been reduced. I'll commit the required changes to the glupaste project to incorporate the SFD badge.
