@amye @amarts We briefly discussed licensing at the TLC meeting. I think this is going to need to be Apache due to importing various kube libraries into the operator, but I know you all had comments/concerns.

Where do we stand?

I'm going to close this as I think general setup is done.

Grooming process was not covered in the PR, but there isn't really much to document at this point. Backlog priorities are following PM release requirements.
