Adding playbook to install gluster-health-report #38

While installing gluster-health-report on a large number of nodes, I felt it would be easy if we have an ansible playbook which can be called independently or through other ansible playbook. Signed-off-by: kshithijiyer kshithij.ki@gmail.com

This is a good move @kshithijiyer.

IMO, it should also land in gluster/gluster-ansible by default. @sac what do you think?

Thanks @amarts. I looked up glusterd/glusterd-ansible, it seems like a good idea to me. But I guess would need help from @sac to figure out where this could go in.
