Planet needs to be redirected back to planet.gluster.org

After a failed attempt to make the planet part of the WordPress platform, we're reverting back to the other planet, https://github.com/gluster/planet-gluster/

There's a theming issue on the front page that's pulling the [bad] planet in automagically. To fix:

• Delete all the imported posts.
• Remove the planet tag/category.
• Redirect any remaining menu items back to planet.gluster.org
• Debug where the theming is hardcoding the planet space in.

All the posts that have been imported into the website have been unpublished, not deleted. Improvements, but not done yet.
