https://www.gluster.org/install/ might confuse people #172

Today on irc:

01:35:33|  wetpaste> got it. I was a little unclear because on this part of the site https://www.gluster.org/install/ - it says 3.12 is the “latest” but it also links 
                     right next to it 3.10 as “stable”

Guess the page could indeed be improved and maybe link to https://www.gluster.org/release-schedule/ (because if someone is looking at installing Gluster, what version to pick is a information that would be relevant)

We're updating this as part of the 4.0 release.

Incremental changes applied. Will be updating Install guide and Quickstart guides next.
