Move gluster.org zone to github

So RH IT is changing their internal systems (eg, a git based repo where we can commit and deploy) to a system where we either have access with a web interface (and maybe a API), or with a PR based workflow, that requires IT to review our changes.

Both have downside, so my team set up a external DNS system that replicate IT old offers, with a bit more flexibility.

I propose to use that, and created a repository to old DNS zone on https://github.com/gluster/gluster.org-dns

Tasks lists:

[x] create the repo
[x] get the git repo history with git filter-repo
[x] get RH Legal agreement
[ ] publish on a new repo
[ ] setup the new zone on osci.io side
[ ] change the root DNS on the provider side (internal ticket)
[ ] document the new workflow

Command to filter the repo (dns-maps is the original one):

git clone --no-local dns-maps/ gluster.org-zone
cd gluster.org-zone
git filter-repo --path prod/external-default/gluster.org --path-rename prod/external-default/
