xxhash-devel package needed in CentOS, RHEL, and Fedora systems

The PR#3100 (https://github.com/gluster/glusterfs/pull/3100) requires xxhash-devel package to build GlusterFS. Request to add these packages to RHEL/Fedora/CentOS systems.

Ok, so the 32 bits issue happen because the build is done in mock, so the build jobs need to be changed.

The other, I guess it was that f34-2 was not in the right group. The current inventory is a bit a mess, seems I added a F34 host, but not deployed anything on it. I was looking at avoiding repetition, but that wait on a ansible upgrade or something.

Reopening, cause I suspect we might need to fix others part of the infra (since the list of packages required is hardcoded in several places, and it doesn't change often enough to warrant a refactoring)
