'Custom Filtered Deck From Browser' DOESN'T work in ANKI 2.1.49

[The Add-on doesn't work as it should, i simply right click on the tag in Anki browser but it doesn't show filtered deck option as shown in YouTube video about this deck in ANKING ]

How can we reproduce the problem?

[ I want to create custom filtered deck from tags by clicking right click and then add to filtered decks but it doesn't work ]

1. [ Open Anki Browser]
2. [ Open (like in my case #FirstAid -> 01_Biochemistry -> 01_Molecular -> 01_Chromatin_Structure ]
3. [ So right clicking on 01_Chromatin_Structure to add it to Filtered Deck doesn't show any such option ]

Expected behavior: [ An option should be shown in right click menu when i right click on some Tag ]

Actual behavior: [ Doesn't show any option to create filtered deck when i right click ]

So what i've done is removed the addon and used inbuilt feature Went to the above topic in anki browser by tags and selected specific tag and Ctrl+A (or select all) then went above to edit and click create filtered deck. This is what i wanted either from add-on or inbuilt feature i don't care. Anyhow I'm rookie in Anki and should learn many things
