Changes to tags not being propagated to the sidebar on Anki 2.1.28+ #16

The logic that updates the sidebar changed with Anki 2.1.28. Because of that, actions performed within the sidebar no longer show up directly, but rather only become visible once the browser has been restarted.

Fixed in v1.0.5, to be released this week on Patreon.
