Fields & Cards buttons are changed to a pink text. image

Thanks for the report, Brady! Huh, that's one of the weirdest bugs I've ever seen. BetterTags doesn't touch the editor area, so if this is caused by BetterTags it must be some incredibly weird interaction on a deep widget rendering level or something like that.

A few questions that might help me dig deeper into this:

  1. Can you reliably reproduce this every time you open the browser or was it a one time thing?
  2. If you start Anki while holding down shift, does the issue disappear? (this will disable all add-ons temporarily)
  3. Does it disappear if you disable BetterTags and then restart Anki?
  4. Does it disappear if you disable all add-ons other than BetterTags?

So strange. Must've been a one-time thing. I haven't noticed it again since closing/restarting Anki. I'll let you know if I see it again.

That's good (although somewhat disconcerting) to hear! I guess as far as issues go, this is probably on the harmless side of things, but still, would love to figure out what happened there. Anyway, I think I'll close this issue report for now, but if you happen to stumble on this again, please feel free to reopen it at any point!
