Even using the latest Anki (Version 2.1.65 (aa9a734f)) and being Image Occlusion Enhanced for Anki 2.1 the only Add-on installed, when I create any card with this add-on, the card is added but it does not appear at any deck. But the card "is there", because it shows in the "Browse" window...

this is quite late but have you tried seeing if you have a card limit set on your deck that is preventing you from seeing the extra cards you have created ?
