Indenting issues #18

Problem description

I am not pretty sure whether this issue caused by plugin or anki 2.1 It seems that anki 2.1 is not well compatible with indenting.

And one more issue. When I copy the indenting text and paste it to another editor(or the current editor). There will be extra spaces between the lines. eg, ——————— a b c ——————— copy and paste ———————

——————— looks like this.

The code

seems not working well with anki 2.1, is there any other ways to indent the line?

I find the bug for the second issue. It seems that style="margin: 0 0 0 40px; border: none; padding: 0px;" will be lost automatically if I copy and paste the indented lines
