Add option to count adding cards

Description

Adds an option to count adding cards the same as reviewing. Default config does not count adding cards.

Nicely done, thanks! Will be pushing this to AnkiWeb as soon as I got some of the remaining 2.1 issues out of the way (especially #10).

BTW, I could have sworn there was a hook for addNote. I think I'll look into filing a PR for this later.
