It is not really a problem...

It is an international standard that the week starts on Monday, but that is not the popular practice in several countries. Many people prefer considering Sunday as the start of the week.

Apparently, it is not yet possible to set Sunday (or any other days for that matter), instead of Monday, as the start of the week in the Settings page of Review Heatmap.
