Anki 2.1.22 speed focus audio delay sometimes entirely doesn't play

Problem description

When I use anki 2.1.19 Speed focus functions like it's supposed in anki 2.1.22 when I start reviewing cards the first couple cards the alert doesn't play. After that all subsequent cards there is an audio delay(ex. if the alert is set to play after 3 seconds it plays after 5)
