Conflict with Advanced note editor / Multi-column note editor #1

Spell Checker currently does not work with the following add-ons:

This is likely either due to Spell Checker or the other add-ons overwriting EditorWebView.

A solution might lie in https://github.com/ankitects/anki/pull/506.

I only did a very brief test but "spell checker" seems to work with the latest version of Multi-column note editor and Frozen-field compatible with other add-on.

"Advanced note editor" is deprecated.

So this issue should be fixed.
