Error after Upgrading to Anki 2.1.24

Problem description

Since I updated to Anki 2.1.24 version, sometimes suddenly the error message below appears (indicating spell checker conflict), and then I cannot even close the error message or Anki, and need to close Anki by the Windows task manager.
