Is there a way that you know of to sort this list by frequency?

I'm afraid I don't have any data on the frequency of the terms. Interesting request, though! If you manage to find a solution please do post it here.

@DrLulz this blog posts has some helpful commands in it for generating hunspell affix files. It covers sorting words, removing duplicates, finding character frequency, and some other useful tidbits. If these don't work, I'm sure a similar approach would tackle your specific problem.
